Michael G. Leemhuis
Mike Leemhuis is currently the GM/CEO of Congressional Country Club in Washington DC. The prestigious club has been the host venue for the 1964 US Open, the 1995 US Senior Open, the 1997 US Open and the 2011 US Open. During the conference Mike will be using an interactive approach to discuss his unique presentation on leadership. The presentation is entitled: The ABC's of Leadership - "All you need to know about Leadership, but were afraid to ask!

Carlos Roca
Carlos was elected as President of The Professional Golfers Association of Spain for the period between 2007 and 2011.Born in Tangier, Morocco, Carlos Roca is a professional player and has been working for 10 years, managing golf courses in Spain and the USA. The most important points of his program are to create a more powerful and profitable National Spanish Tour with a drive to create a formal education system for the Spanish.

Mike Tinkey 
Mike is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the National Golf Course Owners Association and is responsible for developing business relationships with suppliers to the golf industry. He is also active in the implementation of the NGCOA strategic plan and directing the Association¹s technology initiatives.
