First ever European Multi Course Owners Meeting
Europe has roughly 35 multi course owners: companies that operate 3 or more golf courses. The biggest operates 50 courses on 30 locations. A total estimate of 270 courses is operated by these multi course owning companies. This is the most influential group in golf in Europe: smaller operators keep a close look on what the bigger operators do. They are leading. They are also the group with the biggest purchasing power.
The EGCOA is organizing the first ever European multi course owners meeting (MCOM). We are inspired by the MCOM of the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) in the US, where the multi-course owners meeting is a yearly gathering of the big guns in the golf industry. Since we believe in cooperation, we believe this is a valuable place for the bigger players in the industry to share thoughts on developments and of course the EGCOA would like to know how to serve the industry better.
This year the EGCOA is proud to welcome representatives from:
Open Golf Club - France
Braemar Golf - United Kingdom
Burhill Golf and Leisure - United Kingdom
Kiev Golf Club - Ukraine
Burggolf - The Netherlands
Clubhaus AG - Germany
Nouveaux Golfs de France (NGF) - France
Open Golf Club - France
GMG Golf Management Group - The Netherlands
Troon Golf - Worldwide
Carr Golf Services - United Kingdom and Ireland
Blue Green - France
and more companies to be confirmed.
If you are interested to join the meeting (for owners of 3 courses or more), please contact Sandra Jansen (conference@egcoa.org).
