Mike Tinkey 

Mike Tinkey is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the National Golf Course Owners Association and is responsible for developing business relationships with suppliers to the golf industry. He is also active in the implementation of the NGCOA strategic plan and directing the Association¹s technology initiatives. Mike also leads the NGCOA initiatives with multi-course owners. 
Mike is a frequent speaker on golf industry issues, trends, marketing, and business development.
As a former golf course operator Mike served in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer and President of several coastal resorts in South Carolina as well as president of the South Carolina Golf Course Owners Association and the Low Country Golf Course Owners Association and served on the NGCOA board of directors
Mike has also served on a number of other advisory and elective boards at the state and national level in golf, hospitality and tourism industries.
